The magnificent North Yorkshire Moors & Coastline just 20 minutes away were inspirational instilling a genuine belief that life is wonderful if you want it to be. My aim is to combine practicality with vision in the work I do with clients. To be a facilitator of great possibilities It's true that we aren’t always in control of what happens to us in life but we can 'always' choose how we react. Being able to help individual’s recognise that they can choose to achieve their personal and professional goals is a real privilege. My professional credentials include graduating with distinction from The Coaching Academy and gaining an accredited diploma in Coaching Supervision from The Coaching Supervision Academy. I am also a licensed career Coach with Fireworks Coaching Company as well as being licensed to profile Emotional Behaviour at Work (EBW) and offer Coaching feedback. I am a member of THE ASSOCIATION for Coaches, a member of the International Association for coaches (IAC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) I am also a recognised provider with Business and Enterprise North East (formerly Business Link) so you can be assured that I offer credible Coaching and Business Consultancy services. Perhaps of equal importance to those professional credentials is the experience gained during 22 years working for an international Newspaper group from front line Advertising sales to Business Development Director working in several centres. This provided a wealth of knowledge and experience in a corporate environment and priceless experience in developing and understanding people. Since launching my own business in 1996, I have had the opportunity to work with a whole range of companies including Corporate, SME’s, Public Sector, and a local University offering support in a wide range of ways. Helping people achieve their full potential has always been a personal passion and I am fortunate to be acknowledged as a successful Coach, Mentor and Consultant. You can confidently call upon me as a confidential coach to support you and/or your Team in achieving the goals you have for personal and professional development. I enjoy writing, yoga and being around horses. I am happily married and as a proud mother I am fortunate to have created a successful balance between career and home.
