My happy and supportive upbringing in Middlesbrough; a northern industrial town; was coupled with regular family visits to the magnificent North Yorkshire Moors & Coast just 20 minutes away and this combined influence of hard graft and beauty inspired a strong work ethic and the belief that life really can be wonderful if you want it to be.

My aim is always to combine practicality with vision in the work I do with clients.

Being able to help individual’s recognise that they can choose to achieve their personal and professional goals is a real privilege. My credentials include graduating with distinction from The Coaching Academy and gaining an accredited diploma in Coaching Supervision from The Coaching Supervision Academy. I am also a licensed Career Coach with Fireworks Coaching and I have studied Emotional Behaviour at Work. I am a member of THE ASSOCIATION for Coaches, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)a member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors and a Mentor for The Princes Trust.

Perhaps of equal importance to these professional Coaching credentials is the experience gained during 22 years working for an international Newspaper group rising from front line Advertising sales to Business Development Director. This provided a wealth of knowledge and experience in a 'goal orientated' corporate environment and it especially provided a priceless apprenticeship in understanding people and helping them fulfil their potential and it is this experience and expertise which I now utilise to the benefit of my clients who range from individuals through to renowned Corporate companies.
