One To One
This approach is the same as that used in Coaching but it is supported and sponsored by the
company an individual works for. The goals of the individual remain primary but
the coaching session agenda will also recognise the integrity of the aims the
company has in supporting this personal development programme.
Personal Development through Team Coaching
Working on personal growth in a team environment is a useful, first step in
personal growth. Personal confidentiality is extended to your fellow members and
you have the additional benefit of their support. Using the G.R.O.W model
approach with a small group of committed individuals can provide a proactive
environment for personal development to be achieved. After an initial
confidential discussion with each team member the group would meet once a month
for 6 months for 2 – 3 hours to set goals, identify tasks and share feedback.
Individuals must be fully committed to participating and willing to put in time
and effort in between team meetings.
Other methods can be tailored to suit individual requirements. For ideas on

Telemarketing
One of the 'Moments of truth' in the Customer Relationship Management is
telephone contact. A telephone conversation can enhance a company image or cause
lasting damage to it on the skill of the individual. Any individual who comes
into contact with customers by telephone needs to have appropriate telephone
training, whether they are handling incoming calls, outbound calls, dealing with
customer enquiries or proactive telephone sales.

The Thinking Process
Using Edward De Bono's theories as a model this workshop covers the six
approaches that can be used during meetings and when reaching decisions to
ensure that all avenues and eventualities have been explored. This process
allows people to be creative, express their concerns, concentrate on how to make
something work, considers the worst case scenario, and ensures the facts are
known, encourages alternative ideas to be aired and ensures a structured
approach to the discussion process.
Team Building
The first step to understanding others is to have a better understanding of
yourself. Understanding the dynamics of a team, the contributions made by
different personality types and the roles people assume in a team can be a
powerful way to remove barriers and personality issues. Shared values, cultural
vision and style and time to debate contentious issues in an environment
facilitated by an experienced coach is often a powerful catalyst to team
bonding.
It enables strengths to be recongnised and the realisation that when it comes
to teams "None of us is as good as all of us"
If you have a group of talented individuals who do not always use the
strength of the team then this workshop may provide an invaluable step in the
right direction.
